Our Goal

Our goal at G & G Skate Training Centre is to develop fast and efficient skaters.

 

In the controlled environment of G & G Skate Training Centre, our skating instructors can give players precise feedback on their stride mechanics.  Players can see themselves in front of a mirror which allows for immediate feedback.  The speed and incline of the treadmill is controlled.  This allows players to train at their own level, and allows our instructors to systematically increase their speed to help players train through fatigue.
